Welcome to Rizon Maps. By purchasing any package, website service, dashboard access, hosting service, or digital visibility solution from Rizon Maps, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms define the relationship, responsibilities, service limitations, subscription conditions, renewals, ownership rights, and platform access rules between Rizon Maps and the client.

1. Our Services

Rizon Maps is a premium managed digital infrastructure provider delivering website development, SEO visibility services, AI search optimisation, professional business email configuration, and client dashboard access to businesses worldwide. Our services include:

  • Website Development & Design
  • Website Hosting & Server Management
  • Website Maintenance & Security
  • Professional Business Email Configuration
  • SEO Visibility Services
  • Google Maps Visibility Optimisation
  • AI Platform Visibility Optimisation
  • Business Visibility Dashboard Access

2. Service Packages

2.1 Website Package — AUD$997

The Website Package is a one-time payment that includes the design, development, and deployment of a premium business website, fully customised to the client's industry, branding, and goals. Inclusions:

  • Premium responsive website, fully customised to the client's business;
  • Mobile-friendly design optimised for desktop, tablet, and smartphone;
  • SEO-friendly structure built for Google and AI search discovery;
  • Click-to-call functionality;
  • WhatsApp integration;
  • Service and suburb/area pages;
  • First year of website hosting included;
  • Up to 10 professional business email addresses (configured as aliases or forwarding addresses — see Section 5);
  • Logo creation included upon request;

Websites are built using Rizon Maps proprietary templates and development infrastructure, fully customised to match the client's branding and service requirements. Website templates displayed on the Rizon Maps website serve as previews of available design styles and features. The final website will be personalised and adapted to reflect the client's business identity, services, and operational requirements. For a detailed overview of pages, sections, features, and integrations available for each industry, clients are encouraged to review the relevant template on the Rizon Maps website prior to purchase.

2.2 Dashboard Starter Plan — AUD$697

The Dashboard Starter Plan includes six (6) months access to the Rizon Maps visibility dashboard and reporting platform. This package is a one-time, non-recurring payment that expires automatically after six months. No automatic renewal applies.

The dashboard provides clients with online traffic visualisation, visibility insights, SEO-related reporting, AI platform visibility data, and performance metrics. The dashboard does not require client intervention or technical management.

2.3 Dashboard Growth Plan — AUD$1,197

The Dashboard Growth Plan includes twelve (12) months access to the Rizon Maps visibility dashboard and reporting platform. This package is a one-time, non-recurring payment that expires automatically after twelve months. No automatic renewal applies.

The platform remains proprietary property of Rizon Maps. The dashboard does not require client intervention or technical management.

2.4 Premium Package — AUD$1,897

The Premium Package is a one-time payment combining the Website Package and twelve (12) months of dashboard access. It includes:

  • Premium website development (as described in Section 2.1);
  • Twelve (12) months access to the visibility dashboard platform;
  • First year of hosting included;
  • Up to 10 professional business email addresses included;
  • Logo creation included upon request.

Dashboard access expires automatically after twelve months unless a new plan is purchased. Website hosting renewals continue under the annual renewal structure described in Section 3.

3. Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance Renewal

Website hosting and maintenance renew annually at AUD$297/year. Clients will receive a renewal reminder via email at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Renewal payment is processed through the payment method agreed at checkout or the renewal stage. Clients are responsible for managing or cancelling their renewal prior to the billing date if they do not wish to continue.

The annual renewal includes:

  • Website hosting and server infrastructure;
  • SSL certificate;
  • Security monitoring and updates;
  • Monthly backups;
  • Technical maintenance and bug fixes;
  • Mobile compatibility monitoring;
  • Professional business email service (aliases and forwarding configuration).

The annual renewal does not include redesigns, new pages, new feature development, SEO campaigns, or extensive content changes.

Annual Renewal Pricing & Price Adjustments:

The annual renewal fee is set at AUD$297 at the time of the initial service agreement. Rizon Maps reserves the right to adjust renewal fees and service rates periodically to reflect changes in infrastructure costs, third-party platform pricing, hosting provider rates, or operational requirements. Pricing adjustments are not necessarily annual and may occur after longer periods depending on the nature and extent of cost changes.

Existing clients may, at the discretion of Rizon Maps, retain legacy pricing plans for extended periods beyond any general pricing update. Any pricing adjustments will apply only to future renewal periods or future services and will not affect a current active billing period already paid.

Clients will receive reasonable notice via email before any renewal pricing adjustment is applied, allowing sufficient time to make an informed decision. Clients who do not agree with updated renewal pricing may choose not to renew and may migrate their domain or email services to another provider before the service termination date, in accordance with the email migration and cancellation provisions described in these Terms & Conditions.

Grace Period & Service Suspension:

If the annual renewal is not paid by the due date, Rizon Maps will attempt to contact the client through the registered email address and WhatsApp number on file, as payment failures may occur due to an expired or updated card rather than a deliberate decision to cancel. Services will remain active during a 15-day grace period from the renewal date while contact is attempted.

If no payment is received and no response is obtained within the grace period, website hosting, email forwarding, and related services may be suspended. Following suspension, the website structure and hosting data will be retained for 30 days from the original renewal date before being permanently removed. Rizon Maps is not liable for any business impact resulting from service suspension due to non-renewal after reasonable contact attempts have been made.

Clients are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all important business content and email communications.

If cancelled before renewal:

  • the website remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the client independently redirects the domain to a third-party hosting provider prior to that date;
  • no additional charges will occur after cancellation.

No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

4. Small Updates — AUD$87

After website launch, small content updates may be requested at a fixed fee of AUD$87 per update. This includes changing photos, updating text, replacing contact details, minor content edits, and simple visual adjustments. Small updates are not included in the annual renewal.

For requests that require additional pages, structural changes, file-level modifications, or work that exceeds the scope of a standard small update, the fee may be doubled or increased based on the hours and complexity involved. A quote will be provided prior to commencing any work beyond standard update scope.

5. Professional Business Email Service

Website and Premium packages include up to 10 professional business email addresses configured as part of the Rizon Maps hosting environment. This provides businesses with a professional identity such as contact@yourbusiness.com.au in place of a personal email address.

Email addresses are configured as aliases or forwarding addresses connected to a primary mailbox, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed. This allows multiple addresses (contact@, info@, admin@) to route to a single inbox without the cost of multiple independent mailboxes.

Important conditions:

  • Professional email services are dependent on active hosting and maintenance services with Rizon Maps;
  • The business email identity — the domain portion of the address — belongs entirely to the client's domain name, which remains fully owned by the client;
  • Advanced configurations, external email provider integrations, or additional independent mailboxes may incur additional costs;
  • Existing business email accounts are not modified unless specifically requested by the client.

6. Email Continuity & Migration Policy

Rizon Maps understands that professional email continuity is important for business operations. The following policy applies when a client cancels hosting, does not renew, or wishes to migrate email services to another provider.

Email Migration During Active Service:

Clients may migrate their professional email services to an independent email provider at any time during the active service term. Rizon Maps will release the relevant DNS records and cooperate with the migration process to the extent reasonably required. DNS release and basic migration guidance are provided without additional cost.

Rizon Maps will not be responsible for fully configuring, managing, or completing the email setup on the client's chosen third-party platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring their new email provider is properly configured and for backing up all important email data prior to migration or service cancellation. Optional technical migration assistance may be available upon request and may be subject to a separate fee.

What Happens to Email if Hosting is Not Renewed:

If the annual renewal is not processed, email aliases and forwarding services that depend on the Rizon Maps hosting environment will be affected when hosting is suspended after the grace period. To ensure uninterrupted email access, clients are strongly advised to:

  • migrate email services to an independent email provider before cancellation or non-renewal;
  • update MX records on their domain to point to the new email provider;
  • and back up all important email communications independently before any transition.

Rizon Maps will cooperate with reasonable DNS release requests and provide general guidance to support the transition. However, Rizon Maps is not responsible for email data loss, communication interruptions, or service gaps resulting from non-renewal, late migration requests, or transitions performed outside the Rizon Maps infrastructure.

Recommendation: If you plan to cancel or not renew, contact Rizon Maps at least 30 days in advance so we can assist with a smooth email service transition before hosting is affected.

7. Frequent or Ongoing Updates

Businesses requiring frequent, ongoing, or weekly updates may request a separate monthly maintenance agreement. Examples include product uploads, ongoing content updates, promotions, service changes, and recurring website management tasks. Monthly agreements are quoted separately based on workload, frequency, and complexity.

8. Dashboard & Platform Access

The dashboard is a proprietary system owned and operated by Rizon Maps. Dashboard access may include SEO visibility reporting, online traffic reporting, Google Maps visibility insights, AI platform visibility data, ranking insights, analytics, and business performance metrics.

The dashboard is provided as a temporary access licence only. The client does not obtain ownership of the platform, software, systems, backend infrastructure, automations, algorithms, or proprietary technologies. Dashboard data is compiled and updated on a weekly basis across the platforms and systems in use. Due to the volume and variety of integrated third-party platforms, full data extraction does not occur in real time.

Rizon Maps reserves the right to delay data updates beyond the standard weekly schedule where required due to third-party platform availability, API limitations, scheduled maintenance, or internal operational procedures. In some cases, all dashboard data may be delayed by more than one week. In other cases, only specific data sets from affected third-party platforms may be delayed while the remainder of the dashboard continues to update normally. Rizon Maps will make reasonable efforts to minimise such delays and restore full update schedules as promptly as possible. Temporary data delays do not constitute a service failure and do not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.

Platform Availability & Maintenance:

Rizon Maps may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance from time to time. During these periods, the dashboard may be temporarily unavailable. Rizon Maps will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime. Temporary unavailability does not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or extension of the access period.

9. Domain Ownership & DNS Configuration

Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their own domain names through third-party providers such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, or similar. The client retains full ownership of their domain name at all times. Failure to renew a domain may result in website and email inaccessibility.

To connect a domain to Rizon Maps hosting, the client must independently update their DNS settings using instructions provided by Rizon Maps. Rizon Maps does not request, store, or access domain account login credentials under any circumstances. If any communication is received claiming to be from Rizon Maps and requesting domain credentials, please contact us immediately at support@rizonmaps.com.

10. Website Ownership & Licence Structure

Rizon Maps operates as a premium managed digital infrastructure provider. The following ownership structure applies to all website services.

Client Ownership:

The client retains full ownership of their domain name, business identity and trading name, logos and branding assets supplied by the client, written content provided by the client, and all original business materials submitted by the client.

Rizon Maps Intellectual Property:

Rizon Maps retains full ownership of all proprietary website templates, design systems, development frameworks, structures, custom integrations, hosted platform components, backend infrastructure, and all systems, tools, and technologies used in service delivery. These assets constitute the intellectual property of Rizon Maps and are protected accordingly.

Website source files, HTML files, template files, design system components, and internal frameworks are not transferable to the client or to third parties under any circumstances, whether as part of the standard service or upon request. No transfer of proprietary source files or internal infrastructure will be made, regardless of the reason for the request. Any claim to such files does not form part of the service agreement and will not be fulfilled.

Website Licence:

The website delivered to the client is licensed for use during the active hosting and service period with Rizon Maps. The website systems are optimised and managed within the Rizon Maps hosting infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and compatibility.

Website Migration:

Clients are free to migrate their website to a third-party hosting provider at any time by redirecting their domain DNS to the new provider. However, as the website templates, source files, and platform components remain the intellectual property of Rizon Maps, a migration to a third-party environment will require the new provider to rebuild the website independently. Rizon Maps does not supply source files, templates, or internal code as part of any migration process.

Rizon Maps does not guarantee compatibility of any migrated website with third-party hosting environments and is not responsible for any loss of functionality, integrations, design consistency, or performance following a client-initiated migration.

11. Legal Pages & Policy Templates

As part of the website setup and deployment process, Rizon Maps may include standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy page templates within the website structure. These templates are provided for general website structural purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

Clients are fully responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring that all legal pages, policies, and website content comply with their specific business activities, industry requirements, and applicable local laws before approving deployment. If the client requires professionally prepared or legally reviewed policies, it is the client's responsibility to obtain independent legal advice or provide custom legal documents prior to deployment.

Final website approval and deployment by the client constitutes acceptance and approval of all website content, including any Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy pages, and legal templates included at that time. Any updates, modifications, or legal page changes requested after deployment approval may be subject to the standard update fee or a separately quoted fee depending on the scope of changes required.

12. Client Content Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use and publish any logos, trademarks, images, videos, written content, business information, or materials provided to Rizon Maps. Rizon Maps is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, misleading claims, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials. By submitting materials, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights for the agreed service purpose.

13. Acceptable Use

Clients must not use Rizon Maps services, hosting infrastructure, or platform access for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including illegal activity, spam, phishing, impersonation, publication of harmful or defamatory content, copyright or trademark infringement, or any activity violating applicable laws. Rizon Maps reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for any breach of acceptable use, without refund obligation.

14. AI Systems & Automation

Rizon Maps may use AI-powered systems, automation tools, machine learning technologies, third-party APIs, and digital optimisation software to assist in website generation, content structuring, visibility analysis, reporting, AI search monitoring, customer support automation, and service delivery. These tools are used to enhance operational efficiency. Final implementation decisions remain subject to human oversight where applicable.

Rizon Maps does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party AI platforms or APIs, which may change, evolve, become restricted, or discontinue functionality at any time without notice.

15. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Rizon Maps relies on third-party platforms including Google, OpenAI, Hostinger, Stripe, and other providers to deliver certain services. Rizon Maps is not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, account restrictions, pricing changes, or functionality modifications made by third-party providers. Third-party services operate independently and remain subject to their own terms and availability. These circumstances do not entitle the client to a refund or service credit.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rizon Maps shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
  • loss of profits, business opportunities, or revenue;
  • loss of rankings or online visibility;
  • loss of data, email communications, or business information;
  • email service interruptions or data loss resulting from expired services, non-renewal, or client-initiated migration;
  • third-party platform outages, policy changes, or service changes;
  • search engine or AI algorithm changes;
  • website or email downtime resulting from non-renewal of hosting services;
  • or business interruptions arising from the use of, or inability to use, Rizon Maps services.

Clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all important business content, communications, and email data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation in the client's jurisdiction.

17. Performance Disclaimer

Rizon Maps uses advanced platforms and proven optimisation methods to improve online visibility and digital presence across multiple industries. However, every business responds differently, and results depend on many external factors beyond Rizon Maps' control.

Rizon Maps does not guarantee any specific ranking or position across Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or other AI and search platforms. Visibility depends on external factors including algorithm changes, market competition, customer reviews, website authority, business reputation, and broader online activity. Results may vary between businesses and industries.

18. Refund Policy

All purchases from Rizon Maps are subject to the following non-refundable conditions. By completing a purchase, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Rizon Maps Privacy Policy, both of which are presented and must be accepted at the checkout stage before payment is processed.

Dashboard packages are non-refundable after purchase and activation. Once a dashboard plan is purchased, Rizon Maps immediately begins allocating resources, configuring the client's visibility system, and initiating optimisation processes. These activities generate immediate operational costs and cannot be reversed.

Website packages are non-refundable once purchased. Upon payment confirmation, Rizon Maps immediately begins project allocation, onboarding procedures, internal scheduling, and preparation of development resources. These processes represent a direct commitment of time and infrastructure by Rizon Maps and commence regardless of how quickly the client provides required materials.

The client's failure to provide required business materials, approvals, or communication does not constitute grounds for a refund. The purchase remains valid for twelve (12) months from the payment date, during which time the client may engage and complete the project at their own pace. If the project has not launched within twelve months due to client inaction, the purchase lapses without refund entitlement.

Annual hosting renewals may be cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, United States consumer protection laws, or applicable European Union consumer rights directives.

19. Client Responsibilities & Project Delays

Clients are responsible for providing all information and approvals required for project completion, including domain name details, DNS configuration, business details, logo and brand assets, image assets, review and approval of website content prepared by Rizon Maps, and timely communication responses.

Website content is prepared by Rizon Maps based on information provided by the client and publicly available business information. The client is responsible for reviewing, approving, or requesting adjustments before launch.

Submission & Scheduling:

All required client materials must be submitted with sufficient lead time to allow Rizon Maps to review, process, and schedule the work into the production workflow. Rizon Maps reserves the right to reasonable scheduling time following the receipt of client materials and is not obligated to prioritise or immediately process submissions made at short notice, in bulk, or close to a self-imposed deadline communicated by the client. Standard production timelines apply from the point of complete material submission.

Project Validity Period:

The Website package purchase is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment. If the website has not been launched within twelve months due to client inaction, incomplete information, or failure to provide required materials, the purchase will lapse and no refund will be issued. A new purchase will be required to proceed after expiry.

20. Identity Verification & Purchase Eligibility

To protect against fraud and confirm the legitimacy of the purchasing party, Rizon Maps requires clients to provide verified business contact information when completing a purchase. At the time of purchase, clients are required to supply the business name, website address if applicable, and contact details that correspond to the business for which services are being purchased.

Contact information provided at checkout must match the publicly listed contact details for the business on Google Maps, the existing business website, or other verified public listings. Following purchase, the business details registered at checkout cannot be changed. Services are delivered exclusively to the business identified and confirmed at the time of purchase.

If contact details provided do not match verified business records, Rizon Maps reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification using alternative methods to confirm the purchasing party is the legal owner or authorised representative of the registered business.

Where Rizon Maps determines, through reasonable assessment, that a purchase presents indicators of fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation — including cases where the client cannot provide sufficient evidence of legitimate association with the business — Rizon Maps reserves the right to cancel the service and report the matter to the relevant authorities. In such cases, no refund will be issued. This policy exists to protect legitimate business owners and to maintain the integrity of the Rizon Maps platform.

Where a cancellation occurs solely because Rizon Maps is unable to verify identity and the client is subsequently confirmed as legitimate, a full refund will be considered at Rizon Maps' discretion.

21. Service Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated if renewals remain unpaid beyond the grace period, dashboard access periods expire, abuse or misuse occurs, fraudulent activity is detected, acceptable use conditions are violated, or required project information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. Expired dashboard access automatically terminates at the end of the purchased term.

22. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before any purchase can be completed on the Rizon Maps platform, the client is required to review and accept the Rizon Maps Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Payment processing will not proceed until this acceptance is confirmed at checkout. By completing a purchase, the client formally acknowledges this agreement.

Rizon Maps services commence immediately upon payment confirmation. The client acknowledges that onboarding, resource allocation, and development preparation begin without delay. Clients agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks for services already initiated, activated, delivered, or partially completed.

In the event of a dispute, Rizon Maps reserves the right to provide Terms & Conditions acceptance records, communication records, onboarding records, invoices, platform access logs, and proof of work commencement to the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Payments will appear on your bank or credit card statement as RIZON MAPS or similar. If you have a question about a charge, please contact support@rizonmaps.com before initiating a dispute.

23. Service Delivery Timeframe

Rizon Maps aims to deliver services within the following general timeframes after payment confirmation and receipt of all required client materials:

  • Dashboard access: activated within 1–6 business days of payment and completed onboarding;
  • Website development: typically within 2–6 weeks from the point of complete material submission by the client.

These timeframes are estimates only. The commencement and completion of website development is directly dependent on the timely and complete submission of all required materials by the client. Rizon Maps will not be held to delivery timelines where materials have not been fully provided. Standard scheduling and production workflows apply from the date all required materials are received and accepted by Rizon Maps.

If Rizon Maps anticipates a material internal delay beyond the above timeframes, the client will be notified promptly.

24. Taxes

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency as indicated at the time of purchase. Clients are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax, duty, or government charge obligations applicable to their purchase under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights the client may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

26. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact Rizon Maps directly before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card provider.

27. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Rizon Maps Privacy Policy, available at rizonmaps.com/privacy. By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

28. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service or package from Rizon Maps, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of these Terms is required at the checkout stage before any purchase can be completed.
